Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
- To avoid this fee, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Service Call Fee:
- If our technician arrives at your location and no repair service is performed, a $45 service call fee will be charged.
- This fee covers the cost of the technician's visit and/or the assessment of your device.
